At Bella Jewels LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all tags attached and unremoved

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For timepieces: All protective stickers must remain intact.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (store credit only)

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Sized or altered items (including resized timepieces)

  • Gift cards


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions along with a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


5. Online Order Returns

  • Free returns are available for online orders over $50

  • No restocking fees for approved returns

Return options:

  • By mail: A return shipping label will be provided

  • In-store: Available by appointment (contact us to schedule)


6. Sale Items

  • Sale items must be returned within 15 days of delivery or purchase

  • All sale item returns are issued as store credit only

Note: Items purchased using discount codes or promotions are not considered sale items and follow the standard return policy.


7. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

We may request photos of the item and packaging for verification.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

10. Store Credits

Store credits are issued as digital or physical gift cards and may be used for future purchases.


11. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, contact us at support@bellajewelsus.com for return authorization.
